產(chǎn)品說明：
本品系采用優(yōu)質(zhì)的EVA乳液、熱塑性彈性體、增粘樹脂、多種助
劑，經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)和先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)工藝精心制作而成的一種
高性能粘膠。
外 觀：乳白色粘稠狀液體。
適用范圍：
本品適宜于紙/紙、膜/紙、UV強(qiáng)力粘接，也適用于精品盒中紙、
膜、中密度板之間的合面與粘接。
產(chǎn)品特性：
1、涂刷性能好，干燥速度較快。
2、膠膜柔韌，對(duì)覆膜面的附著性好，粘接強(qiáng)度大。
3、抗冷耐熱性能佳，粘合好的產(chǎn)品在60℃烘烤72小時(shí)或-20℃
冷凍72小時(shí)粘接強(qiáng)度保持不變，產(chǎn)品不爆，膠膜不發(fā)脆。
施工方法：機(jī)糊通用膠。
注意事項(xiàng)：
1、對(duì)施膠后要求稍做晾置，晾置時(shí)間視被粘接件厚薄和氣溫
情況而定，一般為2-6分鐘。
2、對(duì)于挺度太大的產(chǎn)品，粘合后要求至少壓榨半小時(shí)，并且
壓力要足夠，使兩被粘面能夠充分貼合。
3、使用本品的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量涉及諸多因素，用戶應(yīng)在使用前視產(chǎn)
品的具體情況進(jìn)行試用，合格后方可批量生產(chǎn)。
貯存運(yùn)輸：
1、本品應(yīng)密封存放于陰涼干燥通風(fēng)處，貯存溫度為5-35℃為
宜，有效貯存期為半年，超過貯存期如檢驗(yàn)合格仍可使用。
2、本品為水分散體，屬于非危險(xiǎn)品，可按普通物品辦理運(yùn)輸。
